Always thanks for your kindness.
With my basic level of understanding,
I can only find out that when I want to set and show up occupant(s) or agents as people, I can only select "RANDOM PEOPLE".
I wonder whether there is any possibility to specify a occupant(s) as avatar(s) by user-defined character(s), like gender, age(for example children, young, middle, old, ...) and/or suits, at least his/her/their gender(s)? I think it might be possible because the avatars are not so many.

Not with the current version (2009-01-26).  Support for specifying a model or set of models for a particular occupant or occupant profile will be in the next release (see attached).  We're planning to release the updated beta sometime this week.
