hello everybody,
i want to build a model of oiltank or oilcan, i have no idea about the curve models, and, how can i get the tank with its oil?then igniting the tank.  i mean that how to define the oil in the tank, letting them burning.

As far as the fire goes, I don''t know enough to give any advice on how you should do it. You might want to have a look at the ethanol pan validation problem that comes with FDS as a guide (attached).
