This property can be edited on the Heat Release panel in the Edit Surfaces dialog (see attached).

PS: Beginning a question with "How to..." instead of "How can I..." is a common grammatical error when learning English. Here is a page that gives some examples of correct usage: http://www.wsu.edu/~brians/errors/howto.html
