The current version of PyroSim only automates parallel execution on one PC (e.g. with multiple cores). If you want to use multiple PCs, your best guide is the FDS User''s Guide. Have a look at the section "Starting an FDS Calculation (Multiple Processor Version)".

In short, you install MPICH2 or similar on each host machine, create your FDS input file, then run FDS at the command line using the instructions in the guide.
