HELLO I''AM NEW TO PYROSIM. I HAVE TO CREATE A COMPLEX GEOMETRY WHICH INVOLVES BEAMS OF CIRCULAR CROSS SECTION. HOW CAN I DO THAT?

You may find some of the copy/rotate tools useful. Here is a link to the "advanced geometry" section of our users manual:
http://www.pyrosim.com/manual/html/ch09.html
Without knowing the details of your model it''s difficult to give any specific advice.

It would be useful if you could describe your situation in a little more detail. Since FDS can only model circular beams with "block" geometry, you may need to make some approximations. If you are interested in information like heat flux to the beam, you can not really get a reliable answer from FDS because of the simplified geometry. Also, if your target mesh cell size is fairly large, the exact shape or cross section of your beam may be irrelevant, allowing you to use simple beam geometry for faster model setup.
