Extinguishing coefficient in Pyrosim (E_COEFFICIENT in FDS) has unit [1/s].
Exact unit value should be m2/kg/s, right?

That's correct.

It looks like we caught that about a week after the last release.  The fix is already finished and will be in the next release.
