Sprinkler/nozzle water temperature

Is there a way to set the temperature of the water coming out of a sprinkler? Say I wanted to actually model an opening of steam, or just hot water at 100 F, is this possible to do in pyrosim or even in the record view of FDS?

Yes. You can edit the initial temperature on the particle that comes out. The attached screen shot shows how to get there from the Sprinkler dialog. You could also edit by opening the particle dialog directly.
