Composite Door

Please can someone help, I want to construct a composite door i.e. Upvc outer panel - polyurethane foam inner - Upvc outer panel.

In particular, what part of the process are you asking about? There are two areas people commonly ask about:

(1) The part where you figure out the specific material characteristics for the door. (i.e. Does anybody know the material properties for my particular type of polyurethane foam door core?)

(2) The mechanics of setting up the door in the simulation. (i.e. How do I properly create the material and surface definitions for the two sides of this door?)
