Failed when import stl file from google sketchup into the pyrosim

Hi, everybody!

I want to ask you. I have a model in google sketch up, then I export it onto stl extension. But, when I import it to the pyrosim (CAD file), I failed. Anybody can help me, please?

It's hard to know what went wrong without more detail. Could you explain what went wrong?
